The service
PlumbAgent gathers information about a plumbing job and, with your agreement, passes the enquiry to a partner that may seek suitable tradespeople. The service is free for the homeowner. We may receive a commission for an introduction.
We do not guarantee a response, three quotes, a particular price, attendance time or outcome. Availability depends on the job, location and independent tradespeople.
Your agreement with a tradesperson
PlumbAgent is not a party to any inspection, quote or work contract between you and a tradesperson. The trader is responsible for their description, price, qualifications, insurance, work and legal obligations. You are responsible for checking these matters before appointing them.
Keep written quotes, agreed changes, payment records and guarantees. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law.
Your use of the form
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information for a genuine job that you are entitled to arrange. Do not submit another person’s contact details without authority, automated spam, unlawful content or repeated duplicate enquiries.
We may block or discard submissions that appear abusive, unsafe, false or duplicated. We may temporarily switch to a partner-hosted route if the direct service is unavailable.
Emergencies and regulated work
The form is not an emergency dispatch service. For a gas or carbon-monoxide emergency call 0800 111 999. Work on gas fittings must be carried out by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.
Website content
Guides provide general UK information, not a property diagnosis, guarantee or professional instruction. Conditions differ between homes. Follow emergency services, utilities, manufacturers and qualified professionals where their advice applies.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to those protections, LATITUDE60 LTD is not responsible for an independent trader’s acts, omissions, quote or work, or for loss caused by relying on general content instead of obtaining appropriate help.
