Email hello@plumbagent.co.uk. Include your PlumbAgent reference if you have one, but do not send payment-card details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
We aim to acknowledge ordinary messages within two working days. This is not an emergency or out-of-hours response service.
Privacy requests
Email admin@plumbagent.co.uk with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need enough information to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
A problem with plumbing work
Your contract for plumbing work is with the tradesperson, not PlumbAgent. Raise the issue with the business that quoted or completed the work and keep copies of the quote, messages and invoices. If the issue concerns the introduction service, use our complaints process.
Do not email an emergency
For a gas or carbon-monoxide emergency, call 0800 111 999. Call 999 or 112 where there is immediate danger to life.
