Essential session storage
The quote journey uses a first-party security cookie called pa_form_session. It pairs your browser with one signed form and helps prevent automated, replayed or duplicate submissions. It contains no job answers or contact details, is marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and expires within two hours.
This cookie is strictly necessary for the service requested, so it is not controlled by an advertising preference banner. You can block it in your browser, but the quote form cannot then be sent securely.
Analytics and advertising
PlumbAgent does not set analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If non-essential measurement is added later, it will remain off until the visitor makes a clear choice, and this page will list the provider, purpose and duration.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies or site data. Removing the PlumbAgent session during a quote request will clear the active form state.
