What we do
We provide a simple online route for people who need plumbing work. The form gathers the essentials about the property, the job, timing and contact details. With the homeowner’s agreement, the enquiry is passed to our quote partner so suitable tradespeople can be sought.
The service is free for homeowners. PlumbAgent may receive a commission for making an introduction, and this does not increase the price you agree with a tradesperson.
What we do not do
PlumbAgent is not a plumbing contractor, emergency dispatch service or trade regulator. We do not employ the tradespeople, inspect the work, set their prices or enter into the home-repair contract.
We do not guarantee that three tradespeople will respond, that someone will be available at a particular time or that a trader is right for your job. Make your own checks and obtain written terms before appointing anyone.

This is a new service built from scratch. It is not a continuation of any former business that may previously have used the domain.
